In my private practice, I work with young adults who are struggling with unhealthy thoughts and patterns that stem from anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, or a general lack of fulfillment.

I provide individual and group sessions, as well as curated wellness workshops for organizations.

My priority is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share openly, learn, and grow. I'm trained in several methods, but I often use an approach that combines tools from developmental psychology (e.g., attachment styles) and cognitive-behavioral therapy (e.g., how your thoughts impact your actions). I create a unique treatment plan that teaches life-long strategies for wellness.
